THANKSGIVING 2010

We started out our Thanksgiving Day at Grandma and Grandpa Downs' house. We ate our Thanksgiving Feast there. Branson specifically requested a DrumStick for dinner, and of course Grandpa gave him exactly what he wanted:

We then, headed over to Cheri and Jason's house with Brian's family for dessert. I forgot to pull out my camera at their house.....oops!, but the kids had THE BEST time playing and going crazy. The girls enjoyed organizing and planning our shopping trips, which started out that night.

From there, I said goodbye to my boys, who were headed home for the night, and I was on my way to shop shop shop all night. I met my mom at Toys R Us at 10pm. I changed my mind quickly once I seen the long long line, so we headed over to start out at Walmart at midnight. We shopped till we dropped the next morning at 10 am. FUN FUN FUN! I love Black Friday shopping! Thanks Mom for going with me all night!

Pheasant Hunting

Brian has been going pheasant hunting for the last several weekends, and finally got him his first pheasant shot. Ashton and Branson were sure excited to see it! Rich came up and went hunting with Brian, and brought his bird dog too.

Brian took the pheasant to work, marinated it, and said it was the best eatin! Ashton and Branson were excited to get feathers to put in their hats:

Saturday Movie Night

On most Saturday nights, we hold a family movie night. And depending on the movie, we sometimes will watch it together, or seperate into different rooms. This night I had rented a 'chick flick' (poor Brian), Ashton and Branson decided to go in Branson's room and watch their movie. I had to snap a quick picture of them all set up and snackin on popcorn.

We decided to head over to Logan for a little jackpot roping and had no idea we would run into these guys:

WORLD CHAMPION: STRAN SMITH (calf roper) & NFR QUALIFIER: NATE BALDWIN (calf roper) These guys are awesome! How lucky were we to be able to snap a picture with them and my boys! THIS WAS TOO COOL!

After that excitment, Brian got ready to rope for the night. Ashton loves to warm up Copenhagen for the roping, Branson wanted to do this too, so we had Ash walk Branson around for a bit and then let Ash ride in the arena.

I love how we make this a family event each time. The boys love hanging out with their dad at ropings.

Brian had a really good night of roping! We all had a fun night!

For Grandma and Grandpa

Ash has been wearing his new vest that Grandma and Grandpa gave him last year to school most days now. He loves wearing it, and thought that I should post his picture on here for them to see him in it. He is doing the 'daddy smile' (not smiling). This is how they like to smile now.

He is wanting to dress like a 'cowboy' most days. Last year, I made him wear a button down once a week, now this year, he wants to wear one 3 times a week along with his cowboy hat. It is fun to see him all dressed up every day. He looks so handsome!

HALLOWEEN 2010

We started out our day seeing sweet baby Libby. The boys just loved holding her and seeing how little and precious she is. She is such a cutie!!

Brady and Crissy are so wonderful to let us all come over for Halloween! We all look forward to this every year, and the costumes keep getting better and better!

Halloween at School

Branson's Preschool Class 2010:

I volunteered to help out at Ashton's Halloween Party at School. Their day full of fun started out with a parade. They walk down the street to the Senior Center, walk around the rooms, and then head back to the school.
