Going Ropin with Dad

We decided to head over to Logan for a little jackpot roping and had no idea we would run into these guys:
WORLD CHAMPION: STRAN SMITH (calf roper) & NFR QUALIFIER: NATE BALDWIN (calf roper) These guys are awesome! How lucky were we to be able to snap a picture with them and my boys! THIS WAS TOO COOL!
.
After that excitment, Brian got ready to rope for the night. Ashton loves to warm up Copenhagen for the roping, Branson wanted to do this too, so we had Ash walk Branson around for a bit and then let Ash ride in the arena.

I love how we make this a family event each time. The boys love hanging out with their dad at ropings.

Brian had a really good night of roping! We all had a fun night!

For Grandma and Grandpa

Ash has been wearing his new vest that Grandma and Grandpa gave him last year to school most days now. He loves wearing it, and thought that I should post his picture on here for them to see him in it. He is doing the 'daddy smile' (not smiling). This is how they like to smile now.
He is wanting to dress like a 'cowboy' most days. Last year, I made him wear a button down once a week, now this year, he wants to wear one 3 times a week along with his cowboy hat. It is fun to see him all dressed up every day. He looks so handsome!

HALLOWEEN 2010

We started out our day seeing sweet baby Libby. The boys just loved holding her and seeing how little and precious she is. She is such a cutie!!
Here is her sweet halloween outfit:
We all loved the bum!:
Thanks Kylie and Jedd for letting us come over and hold Libby, she is such a doll!
.
Then we headed over to our Halloween Party.
Brady and Crissy are so wonderful to let us all come over for Halloween! We all look forward to this every year, and the costumes keep getting better and better!

Halloween at School

Branson's Preschool Class 2010:
Colton, Ryan, Brinley, Madison, Halle, Mrs. Jones, Braelyn, Alexis, Talon, Branson, and Jenna
I volunteered to help out at Ashton's Halloween Party at School. Their day full of fun started out with a parade. They walk down the street to the Senior Center, walk around the rooms, and then head back to the school.

Mrs. Neal's First Grade Class 2010:
We set up 4 different stations for the kids to have fun with. The donut station:

Pin the nose on the Pumpkin:
Darts and Ring toss:
Branson trying things out:
Busy working on a halloween frame:

Ashton has such a fun time at school, he has got such a good teacher, and such good friends!

Grandma's Halloween Fun

Grandma loves to have a halloween day at her house every year for the grandkids, we sure missed Jon's family this year! We started out at the pumpkin patch. And started out with the maze:

Ashton and Zachary:

Branson and Hailey:

Now onto choosing the perfect pumpkin, Grandma doesn't give up untill all of the grandkids are certain they have the right one.

Now that Grandpa is good and retired, he was finally able to join in on the fun:
Grandma and Grandpa:
So much fun at the pumpkin patch! (Baby Tate in the stroller included too)
Now onto painting the pumpkins:

We had to keep up the traditional pumpkin carving contest, started by Taylor and Micheal, which both were sadly missed this night! We talked Grandpa, Brian, Jedd and Jeremiah to keep up the tradition.

All hard at work:
All of the fine pumpkins and pumpkin carvers/decorators:

Time for Trick or Treating around Grandma's house:
Ashton the hunter, Branson the bear, Tate the lion, Hailey the pinkalicious tooth fairy, and Zachary the cowboy police officer.

Cute Baby Tate:
TRICK OR TREAT!

Look what I got!

Sent the kids outside to get their Wiggles OUT!

We had to hang around long enough to get the full effect of the pumpkins, I think they did quite the job!
Brian's other side of his pumpkin:
Thanks Grandma and Grandpa for putting on such a fun Halloween Day! We look forward to this day every year!
