SNOW

MALAD GOT SNOW AND A LOT OF IT TOO!!

Brian had to go PLOW and the boys had to go PLAY.

Wasn't the best time for the snowplow truck to break down!

Last year, we didn't even use the plow truck...this year, it has definetley made up for it!

Elsee and Wobby decided to stay inside with the wood stove keeping us toasty warm.

Rolled Over

Elsee rolled over!!

She is 5 1/2 months old.  She wasn't too sure about it and kept saying ah,ah,ah

but now every time you lay her on the floor she instantly will roll over.

She is liking seeing everything from this point of view.

THE FLU

Remember the post of 'Poor Daddy' getting the flu....well...we got it too, worse part was we all had it at the same time!!  All 4 of us were miserable for a week!  Even sadder part...Brian was in CA.

This was a week I don't ever want to repeat!!

Lots of Snow at Grandma's

Grandpa & Grandma got DUMPED on with snow, it didn't stop for 3 days straight, they got almost 3 feet.

Ash & Brans had to take advantage of it and played and played and played in it.

She FINALLY Loves Her Grandma

This was a BIG day for Grandma! (when she puts her hand up on your chin, you know she feels comfortable with you)

Sadly...it didn't last long...she is such a turkey!!

Elsee is just fine with Grandma & Grandpa from a distance, will smile/talk/laugh/play with them, but the minute they hold her....she screams.

Hanging out in the Car

Elsee is stuck in the car quite a bit, because we drop off and pick up the boys from school everyday.  And she has to stay in the car with the boys while I run in to shop (don't want my babe getting germs).  She hated car rides when she was first born, but has gotten used to them and tolerates it, just as long as she has some entertainment (boys and toys :)

Cuddle Time

Ash can put her right to sleep from just cuddling her.

Basketball 2012

Ashton decided to try out basketball again this year.  They changed it up here and aren't doing your regular basketball games, their having a big practice before games with the High School basketball boys taking charge and then divide the boys up to play a game.  We weren't fans of it, and Ashton is thinking basketball probably isn't a thing he wants to keep going with.  I wish they would just do the regular fun games, we aren't worried about MBA players!  OH WELL, at least he 'kinda' had fun this year.  Ash says he is more interested in rodeo's than basketball :)

Branson had fun running around being a 'kid' (that's what Brian always refer to them when they are a little crazy :)

Belly Time

Elsee is starting to like her belly time.

5 MONTHS

LOOK AT THIS CUTIE!!

Can't believe she is 5 months old!

We took several pictures of her, and I can't choose which is my favorite, so I put them all on here.

Elsee is wearing size 9 month clothes (some 12 month)

and is in size 3 diapers.

Here is what she is up to:

*When she gets mad, she pinches, and pinches hard

*Recognizes family in pictures and smiles and laughs everytime she looks at them

*Plays with her feet and tries to suck on her little toesies

*When she's really excited or happy she sucks in her breathe (this is Brian's most favorite thing to hear)

*Puts her binky in by herself, sometimes upside down, which doesn't bother her at all, just sucks away

*She cries/screams at strangers or people that she doesn't see too often

*We call Elsee our 'Baby Blue' because of her beautiful blue eyes

*Everytime Daddy is holding her, she reaches up and grabs/scratches at his beard

*Our most favorite thing that she does right now is her 'shimmie' whenever she is laying on her back she moves her legs back and forth to scratch her back.  She now has started to shimmie every time we change her clothes or diaper or just laying there while we talk to her, IT IS SO CUTE!

*She arches her back and we have realized we need to buckle her into her little chair, otherwise she arches her way out of it, she has fallen out 2 times and didn't like it, so now we have to always buckle her in.

*She gets told 'I LOVE YOU' at least 100 times a day

These boys LOVE their sister!! She is one spoiled little girl!
